Our business is supplying unique gifts of automotive art and collectibles for classic car enthusiasts. We are not in the business of selling information and will not sell any personal information obtained through this site. Also see our section on privacy related conditions.

We respect the privacy of children and do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from children under age 13. We understand that there are many children who like classic cars and are visiting our site to see the automotive paintings and graphics. However they should do this with the supervision of a parent or guardian. Please do not submit your personal information to us when you are under the age of 13 and rely on a parent or guardian to assist you. We only accept orders when you are 18 years or older.

ClassicCarGift is a registered company in The Netherlands. This Site may be accessed from countries other than The Netherlands. Our site may contain products or references to products that are not available outside of the European Union. Typographical errors:

In the event that we listed an automotive artwork at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or wrong information from our suppliers, ClassicCarGift shall have the right to cancel or refuse any order for this product. If your payment has already been made for the purchase and your order is cancelled ClassicCarGift shall immediately issue a credit to your account in the amount of the charge.

 

Disclaimer and limitation of liability:

In no event shall ClassicCarGift or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use of this website. ClassicCarGift does not warrant that the content will be uninterrupted or error free.

ClassicCarGift total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount of fees actually paid by you to ClassicCarGift.
