What kind of Artists can partner with ClassicCarGift.com?
Any artist, inspired by Classic Cars, is welcome to participate in the Artist Partner Program. Paintings, drawings, photos, digital art, etcetera of each type of automotive art is welcome.  We are also interested in sculptures and other 3 dimensional arts.If you are not sure if your art would fit just contact us through the submission form and we are happy to discuss the possibilities with you.

How does the Artist Partner Program Work?
Our Artist Partner Program is very easy. When you complete the submission form we will review your works and contact you. If your classic car art works fit in our product portfolio we will provide you with an offer and a contract. With this contract we document your and our rights and obligations, including the copyright of your work and the royalties.
After you and we have signed the contract we will provide you with login details for our database together with instructions on how you can upload images of your works. The next step for ClassicCarGift.com is to include your classic car artworks in our webshop.
When we sell a reproduction of your work you will receive a percentage of the sales price as a royalty. This will be paid each quarter.

What happens to my copyright?
You will remain the owner of the copyright and grants ClassicCarGift.com a right for reproduction of your works. This is an important element of the licensing agreement between the Artist and ClassicCarGift.com. We are open to discuss the level of exclusivity of the rights with you.

How are my art works protected against illegal copying?
The original images of your works are stored in a protected electronic database. Only the artist has access to his own works and authorized personnel of ClassicCarGift.com in this database.
Visitors of ClassicCarGift.com will be able to view images but in low quality.
In our legal statements we have included a section on the copyright as well.

What is ClassicCarGift.com?
ClassicCarGift.com is an online site for automotive art, art reproductions, gifts and collectibles of Classic Cars. We started our business in 2010 with an ambitious goal in mind to have artworks and products for every type of classic car made starting with the American classic cars. Customers will easily find our site and products when searching for the classic car model of their interest.

How much money can I make with the Partner Program?
For each reproduction of one of your works you will receive a royalty percentage of the sales price (excluding VAT and shipping costs). Reproductions can be made on several materials and several sizes. Therefore you will make more money on a large reproduction then on a small one. The number of sales will depend on the popularity of your work and how good we will be in positioning your products and the ClassicCarGift.com website on the internet and realize sales. 

How long does it take before I make money?
When you have completed the submission form we will contact you within 5 working days. Arranging the licensing contract and uploading the images of your work in the database can be done in a few days as well. So within three weeks’ time you can have your art works posted on our website and we start selling.The royalties will be paid per quarter.

What do I need to do to participate in the Partner Program?
That is easy, complete the submission form and we will contact you.
