Accepting the order:
When you place an order we will check all the details of the order and verify the financial data. We hold the right not to accept an order.
Prices and costs:
All prices on our website are including 19% VAT. In most situations the shipping costs are free. For large items or specific destinations extra shipping costs might be added. These will be specified before you finalize the order process.
Delivery of the order:
At ClassicCarGift we take pride in processing your orders fast and flawless. The delivery of most items will be done within 7 working days after the order has been received. If an order cannot be delivered within these 7 days we will inform you within those 7 days on the actual delivery date or alternatives.
Delivery address and delivery service:
In the order process you can specify the address where we can delivery your order. After we have processed the order we will mail you a shipping confirmation including the delivery details.
All our shipments are insured. Upon receipt from the courier and before opening the package you should check the parcel for any visual damage. In case of damage notify the courier and contact our customer service department at customer(at)ClassicCarGift(dot)com.
Unused damaged shipments will be replaced by ClassicCarGift.
Cancellation of your order:
For all your purchases you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of your order. This means that you have the right to return the products, without specifying the reason, to us within that period. We will only charge you the costs of the return delivery. Your money will be refunded within 30 days after we have received the returned product.
